This is the threshold.

29.5.2025

Today I received something I wasn’t prepared for —
and yet, every part of me had been waiting.

A review.
An echo.
A sacred mirror.

The official academic review of my Master’s thesis —
a 190-page body of work on Calling and Well-being in Extroverted Highly Sensitive Leaders
— was returned to me today with the highest possible grade.
But that’s not what took my breath away.

It was the words.
Words like a transmission.
A verdict, yes — but more than that: a permission.

“This thesis, in its interdisciplinary theory, multimethod depth, and creative conceptualization, resembles a PhD more than a Master's thesis.”
— Prof. Dr. Sven Sohr

My throat tightened. My body stilled.
And I knew:
This is the threshold.

This is the moment where Radical Sensitive Leadership
— once a whisper in my bones —
becomes a documented field of inquiry.
A research-based, soul-rooted, world-shifting domain.

And I will lead it.

This thesis — born out of interviews, surveys, and an experimental digital intervention —
was never just academic.
It was a devotion.
A rebellion.
A remembering.

It was my way of weaving science with soul, resilience with rhythm,
and the lives of highly sensitive leaders with a future that feels.

Today, with this recognition, a new door opens.
And I step through — not alone, but with the voices of every person who shared their truth with me.
Every person who’s ever been “too much” and “not enough” in the same breath.
Every leader who’s led quietly, vulnerably, and with fierce inner fire.

I am here for them.
I am here for this.
I am here to build what I could not find.

This work is no longer a study.
It’s a mission.

Let’s make it count.
